chainkeep

Now on iPhone and Android.

Rest days don’t break the chain.

A simple habit tracker. Tick a habit off in one tap, plan it for any kind of week, and see every stat for free. No account, no ads.

Everything you need to keep a streak going.

Chainkeep does a few things well: ticking habits off, counting streaks the way you planned them, and showing you how it’s going.

Tick it off

Today’s habits in one list, each with its streak and the last week of days. One tap marks a habit done.

Quit something

Quit habits count days clean. On Android, an end-of-day check asks if today stayed that way.

Plan it your way. The streak keeps up.

A day that isn’t due never breaks a streak, and weekly goals are counted in weeks. Pick a schedule to see how Chainkeep counts it.

Miss a day without losing the lot.

Life gets in the way. Chainkeep has a few kind rules for when it does, and every one of them is optional.

Made for people who gave up on habit apps.

The usual reasons people stop using a habit tracker, and what Chainkeep does instead.

A nudge at the right time.

Reminders learn when you usually do a habit, on iPhone and Android. On Android, you can also answer them and tick habits off from the home screen.

Reminders that learn your routine

Set a time, or let smart nudges learn when you usually do a habit and remind you before a run ends. On Android, mark a reminder done, skip it or snooze it from the notification, and an evening nudge lists what is still open.

Is Chainkeep on iPhone?

Yes. Chainkeep is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Pro is bought through each store, so a purchase on one doesn’t carry over to the other.

How does a weekly streak work?

For a habit set to a number of times a week, each week you reach the target adds one to the streak. The current week counts as in progress until it ends, so it never breaks early.

What happens if I miss a day?

A missed day that was due ends the streak, unless you have turned on forgiveness for that habit. You can also skip a day, or pause a habit for a holiday. Skipped and paused days never break a streak.

Where is my data stored?

On your phone, in the app’s private storage. There is no account and no Chainkeep server. On iPhone, Pro can sync through your own iCloud.

Can I move to a new phone?

Yes. Export a backup file from Settings and import it on the new phone. Your phone’s own backup may include Chainkeep as well.

Is there a subscription?

No. Chainkeep is free for up to six habits, with every stat included. Pro is a single purchase that you keep.
